Very happy to see a garage door opener with a steel latch vs. the cheap plastic installed by the builder to save a few dollars. The camera on the unit was an unexpected surprise. "Precision Garage Door couldn’t have been better or more professional. The technician Caleb arrived on time, and gave several updates on his arrival time as he was on his way. He explained the problem of our garage door motor and gave three options for repair. He installed the new motor and replaced the wheels, and all new wiring. He explained every step, and gave us a tutorial when he was finished. He also paired our cars to the new opener. We are very pleased with the service we received and highly recommend Precision Garage Door."

"Mickey did a great job installing our new garage doors. We need side locks for security as we didn’t realize the doors we ordered did not have a locking mechanism should the opener not function. Thought we were getting like-for-like. He plans to bring them after installation. The service and keeping us updated was great. The install was a day earlier than planned but still worked for us. Cleanup was done right and the post-install instruction good."

Once our doors came in they notified us, we scheduled an appointment to have them installed and when the installer (Prospero Hernandez) showed up in the time he said he would he had the job done in less time than he told me. We were very pleased with the completed job. He went over everything before he left and was very explanatory on what he was going to do and what he did. Very nice guy!!!!"
