I have no idea why, but she was rude and talked down to my wife, so I decided to take our business elsewhere. It was a bizarre experience because we were completely friendly and polite, so it was strange that she treated us this way. This was already a stressful experience having to deal with the break in, so this made it even worse. Definitely disappointed because the facility seems nice."
