"Vertex promptly responded to my call for service, and the technician (Chris) arrived at the scheduled time. Chris was very thorough and communicative while tracking down the root cause of what turned out to be a minor, but vexing, problem. Overall, a very good experience, and I recommend Vertex and Chris."

"The Company was very efficient and clean. We had a similar 3 ton heat pump installed 3 years ago and it took about 14 hours to complete the job. Vertex Mechanical’s technicians were in and out and had the job completed in a total of 6 hours and everything is working beautifully. They were very competitive on price for the Trane SEER 2 high efficiency, variable speed compressor and air handler we had installed. Would highly recommend this company."

"The office provided me with an estimated time that the Tech would show up. The tech showed up within 30 min of the time. The tech, Michael, worked on the agreed upon items in the work order. Didn’t attempt to upwelling. As a matter of fact, diagnosed one of the items not to be defective and saved me money. All in all, a great experience. We will continue to use them."

"Chris was great and his companion was very quiet/respectful. Chris asked questions about what i had experienced, went about diagnosing what should happen, gave me options and then began working . Chris explained costs and I agreed to have his suggestions done. They put on protective foot wear which I totally appreciated. Cleaning, adjusting, patiently explaining what they were doing. When done, I found the unit was much cleaner and ran so much smoother. All in all, great experience !"
