"Not very impressed with this place. The staff was friendly, but the repair work was extremely disappointing for the price ($350). I am an engineer, and could have easily done the repair myself, but came here so that my phone would have OEM (official Google) parts. I can still see the inside of my phone post-repair. While I do understand that my frame was warped, I would have appreciated it if it would have been communicated to me that the frame would not be repaired before I paid. If you want to get your phone repaired, I would look elsewhere."

"Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra started a sw update last night and was a brick this morning. I tried troubleshooting st home (to no avail) and ended up referred here by Samsung since I could not get the phone to show any sign of power though it was recognized by my wireless charger. These guys took care of the issue in less than an hour! And, my phone is under warranty do it was free. ;)"

"Extremely disappointed with the service. They used to provide a decent on-site service for small issues, but recently I brought 2 laptops to their store. I was told that my devices have to be shipped somewhere else to fix them, and was promised that I will be contacted once they have any updates (up to 2 weeks). 2 weeks past and there were no news, no call, no updates otherwise, so I called them and was told that one of my laptops already came back un-reparable, and another one is still in progress. Frustrated about the lack of any updates, still picked up the laptop that came back. I then have waited for over a week to check for the status of the second laptop. Turned out it has also arrived not repaired. Again, there was literally no update from the store, and I wouldn't have known the status if I didn't call. The reason I was given why my device was not repaired - "they couldn't acquire part in a reasonable time", which is absurd. I could have easily waited for a month or two if they just told or asked me if I am ok to wait for them to purchase a part they needed. In addition to all of that they lost my charger in the process of shipment, so now I cannot just go and try another repair store right away. They promised me to order a new charger, so will see how it goes. I am not expecting much. But now I will never use this store again for repairs :("

"tl;dr shoddy workmanship, poor communication, false information, I would nor recommend this location, if you have to go through them because of a Samsung or google warranty I'd suggest going to a different location. I called Monday around noon because I needed my screen replaced. I was relived to hear that they had my screen in stock. I asked if I could drop off the phone and have it fixed that day. They said yes, if you drop it off by 5 well have it done before we close. I left work and dropped it off at 1pm. I was told it would be ready by 3. I got there at 4 and was told that it wasn't ready yet and to give them more time. Came back an hour later and was told that they would have to keep my phone over-night because they had replaced the screen but hadn't been able to run diagnostics. Begrudgingly i agreed because i wanted the repair done right. Fast forward 6:15PM THE NEXT DAY! I show up to get my phone and had to wait 15 MINUTES while i overheard two employees making finishing up working on my phone. They had my phone for almost 30 hours and it still wasn't done. I signed and left. Real kicker was the phone wasn't even charged because it died on them while they were trying to finish up. And to top it all off there is now a rattle coming from the top of the phone that wasn't there before. i confirmed that the rattle is present in other s23s, like my coworkers but definitely not as loud as mine. I would nor recommend this location, if you have to go through them because of a Samsung or google warranty I'd suggest going to a different location."
