"Scheduled a replacement for the bulging battery on my Pixel 5. Dropped the phone off only to come back and hour later to discover that not only do they not actually have the battery, but now instead of expanded sealant around the edges of my phone where the battery was expanding, it's exposed to the elements because they started the repair and took the phone apart before ever even checking if they had the battery in stock. "Well at least you won't be charged." That means absolutely nothing when I'm left with a device in worse condition. "Our system is usually correct." He acted indignant that I make the suggestion from now on when he does repairs to actually put his hands on what he's repairing before he starts. "I called the two stores closest to me." Knows I'm coming back expecting a fixed phone and doesn't even bother to try to find a different store outside of "his network" that has the battery. And the absolute kicker, he sends a different employee up front to talk with me even though he knows they're about to tell me they didn't do anything at all. If you make a mistake find a solution. Do not wait for the customer to come back and blame "the inventory was wrong" for you being bad at your job. OH! And I just tried to call a different store to ask if they could do the repair and now the earpiece doesn't work on the phone!"

"Everyone I dealt with was so helpful. The manager guy was outstanding! I really appreciated how everyone I talked to, took the time to explain things about how and why the process is what it is. I'm definitely not an expert on the matter and it was so helpful. They had a steady stream of people going through each time I was there but I feel like the time for repair was quite reasonable. They're manufacturer certified so repairs come with a warranty (vs a kiosk somewhere) which is nice, until it's not. This sets a really high bar for some repairs. My problem is with Samsung (lesson learned), not this place. The guys at uBreakiFix absolutely did everything they could to try and help me. This was my first experience with getting a device fixed and hopefully it never happens again but if it does, I will most certainly come back here."

"I took my phone in cause my sims card was not reading, the part was ordered to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. They called me on day 3 late morning. I dropped my phone off at lunch time, it was fixed within 2 hours. Customer service was great!!"
