"If you have a Samsung product, don't bother talking it here. This store is required by Samsung to use a new method of screen replacements that only replaces the glass, not the digitizer or LCD like non corporate stores do. I talked with the general manager the night before dropping it off and stressed that every minute I don't have my phone on me I was losing money. He told me to bring it in first thing in the morning when the store opens and they'd take care of it immediately. My phone was not worked on the entire day it was there. I have Google maps tracking on it and could clearly see the phone online and battery slowly ticking down throughout the day despite being told that it would be worked on that day and hopefully back to me before end of day. When they finally started working on it the next business day, they determined it "non repairable" due to the new ridiculous rules Samsung has placed on them. So now I'm having to put the full cost of a replacement phone on a credit card while I wait for Asurion to send me a check. All in all, lost two days of work and having to deal with all kinds of headaches due to the ridiculous rules this store is forced to follow and a general disregard for my time even after trying to schedule drop off with the general manager directly in a way that would keep my phone down as limited of time as possible. On the other hand, I've done business with Ubreak iFix in San Marcos and have had a much better experience with them. They're not a corporate store and aren't held under the same restrictions. You're better off taking your business to them if you're a Samsung user."
