"Dr. Evans is such an amazing doctor and she is such a lifesaver. After terrible experiences I had with other psychiatrists using me as a guinea pig, she knew what was wrong with me and gave me the help that I needed. She does me so much good to me and did me right, and if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be the way I am today. However, like many other people, the only complaint that I have about this place is the staff at the front desk. I will agree that they are very rude, unprofessional, and are very difficult to put up with. I wouldn’t have a problem with this place if the front desk people weren’t terrible and I think they that should hire more professional people for that position instead of the pathetic people that are working as that now. I love Dr. Evans and she is amazing doctor, and I feel really bad for a lot of negative reviews for her and a lot of people stopped going to her because of the ridiculous front desk staff, so if the front desk doesn’t improve or if they don’t find better people to hire for it, more people are going to avoid coming here."

"Keila Ford was very unprofessional in handling my driver's license situation. Someone called me from their office letting me know about my referral and at the end of the conversation stated that I had left my license. The following week when I arrived, they stated they didn't see it and would speak with Mrs. Ford. When Mrs. Ford came into the lobby, she denied calling about a license. She then asked if I needed to have further testing done (basically insinuating that I was crazy or delusional). I showed her the call I received on my phone, then she said that it doesn't proves she called. I explained that it definitely shows that someone called from their office. Again, she asked I was sure I didn't further testing. That's when I stated in a very firm voice, "Don't insult my intelligence." She began to smirk. Later, I checked my record of the referral and realized she wrote that I came in agitated, but left out all the details that led to the agitation right before I left. I have yet to explain that inaccurate account to Dr. Evans."

"Y’all suck! I was a patient of Dr. Ford they let her go. They did not call me. They did not let me know that she was leaving the practice. They did not let me know where she had gone. They made appointments for me without my knowledge and said that I owe them money for not showing up to an appointment I never made. Thats against the law, ,you can’t do that, also, if you guys can’t deal with people that have mental illness you shouldn’t be in the mental illness business you’re just in it for money that’s all I can see .Because you’re not taking care of your patience. I cannot believe that they did this. They didn’t call anybody that was a patient of Dr. Ford and to let them know she was FIRED. that is not the way you run a psychiatry office, that is not how you run any type of business and when I asked to speak to Dr. Evans and told that I CANT even though she was doctor they that they signed me up for, without my knowledge. But I can’t talk to her WHAT? I called them when I got a text saying I was seeing Dr. Evans. So I called told them I don’t know who that is ,please call me back to explain. I heard nothing! No one ever called me back I have gone through all of my voicemails and all of my emails and all of my texts and none of them say hey I’m calling you back Henrietta Evans is your new psychiatrist! because we let Dr. Ford go none of that was said. And then when we’re trying to figure out what’s going on because you guys fired someone you’re hanging up on us you’re not telling us anything except money, money, money money that’s all we want is your money. I hope your business explodes for the evil you are. ."
