"Can't seem to get my RV scheduled for body repair. Guess they only want insurance claims. Called and left message , been weeks and no return call. I have used them in the past but not anymore."

"hope you read this before you make a huge mistake. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere professional. This place has very professional prices but. the work and quality of a Earl shire. I had an accident in my brand new took it to this said it would take three months to repair They kept my truck one year I had to call on beg for updates constanthey never called me once to give me an update. I went to pick up my truck the parts they installed were cheap after market very bad parts the paint job had Orange peel trash in it and runs. And the front fenders were loose because they were held in with wood screws. Obviously I did not accept the vehicle. He told me he would fix everything and I could pick it up in 3 weeks. He did not seem to care or think it was a big problem. Obviously does not take pride in this work 2 months went by I picked up my truck again. He said that's as good as it's gonna get. I'm being too picky I left that place went to the gas station and turned my truck off fill it up and my battery was completely bad and dead they. Have failed to maintain my battery. They had my truck running when I got there to hide the dead battery I had to get new tires eventually because they had flat spots from sitting for so long. I had to scrape with a razor blade overspread off of my windshield just so I could see a week later I opened my driver door and it fell off the hinge the left the bolts loose. My truck will never be right again and they don't care at all"

"This place came recommended. Lady at the front desk really struggled to get me scheduled. Told me she was too busy to find me a time slot to bring my truck in at the moment. She seemed so sweet but overwhelmed so I was patient. She said she would call me back at a certain time but she never did so I had to call her back each time. I went through this with her 3 times and when I finally brought my truck in, they didn’t fix it correctly. The problem was caused by lazy work actually. I called about it and she said the same thing to me again and promised me she would call me back at a certain time. I said ok but called someone else immediately. Got it scheduled and fixed somewhere else with one phone call easily. She has yet to call me back. Never offered a refund or a fix."

"Summary: did a bad job and avoided me to fix. Brought my Tommy gate lift in for basic maintenance. Came back worse than before and not level. Called for them to fix about 5 times and was told that they will take care of it and that they promise me they’ll call me back to schedule. They never did. I even called them out and they still never took care of it. Not quality people."
