It was very frustrating feeling like I wasn't being heard. I also tried sending a message to lifestance about losing my insurance and not being able to pay for my appointment and if I should just not show up to avoid the fee cause I was having trouble figuring out how to cancel. And they waited till after I no showed my appointment to tell me there's a fee for that. I learned the hard way I guess."
