"She did not show up to my appointment, she never cancelled it. And she still has not contacted me since. Waste of time"

"My husband set up an appointment with Dr. Joffrey. He suffers with anxiety and manic depression.He was placed on hold for 5 minutes and had trouble getting into the virtual meeting, while having an anxiety attack doing so. This made him late to his appointment and because he was late they canceled his appointment and told him that the doctor does not want to schedule him another appointment. This really hurt my husband he was really looking forward to the appointment. And because he is mentally ill, in his mind he was rejected by a mental health doctor for being LESS then 5 minutes late. I understand time is valuable. But there should at least be some consideration for the mentally Ill specially if they are less then 5 minutes late."

"My friend saw her and Joffray was completely dismissive and rude. Told her to find a new provider after two appts bc the one medication they tried didn’t work. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. She should consider a career change if she doesn’t want to help patients."

"I am writing this as I am in tears… I had a telemed appointment scheduled. One that was extremely needed. For 10AM. She got on for two seconds and said she couldn’t hear or see me. And got off. I tested my mic and video 3 times before the appointment and the voice was working great and no lag in the video what so ever on either end. She messaged me and said it wasn’t working to schedule an in office visit (which I cannot do) I asked her to try one more time and she said my appointment was for 10 and it was 10:10. I said you don’t understand how bad I need this appointment. And she said schedule with someone else. How are you going to work with the mentally Ill and not have compassion. Now I have to wait god knows how long for someone else. And I’m battling so many issues right now. I want to give up."

"DO NOT BOOK WITH Jacquelin Joffray, PMHNP UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR APPT. TO BE CANCELED 1 HOUR PRIOR TO IT. Her office emailed me forms to filled and sign on April 7 2022, I send them back some of the forms later that day and on April 10 2022 I send the last two form (CC info & Questionnaire) my appt was supposed to be on Monday April 11 2022 @ 9:30. Today at 7:59am I recived an email saying my appt. Was canceled because I didn't filled out the forms. I called and I told them I did and the receptionist proceeded to tell me that they send me several emails telling me to send the forms back( which they didn't) the receptionist then proceeded to tell me that if I would like to reschedule with a different provider because Jacqueline didn't want to schedule with me any further appt. Like what is that about how unprofessional is she. If you don't want to waste a day of work or personal life don't book with her she is irresponsible and unprofessional."
