"Update August 2020: Downgrading my review. They left an electrical job unfinished and would not respond to five separate communications to get it completed before I left the area. I had to hire another mobile RV concern to fix their mess-up. 2019: A different RV Tech came out and spent over an hour and the resulting fee diagnosing a slide-out issue that I would need a new motor, and possibly an entirely new hydraulic system. Yet he forgot to get the motor number so I had to crawl under my slide out and get it. A neighbor referred me to Rick for a second opinion. Rick and his team came out, found a reset button that was all but hidden and very difficult to find, punched that, and my slide-out worked perfectly. He then spent the time to educate me about how on my rig the jacks and the slide out are linked and if the jacks are working it's not the slide out motor that's at fault. He saved me a ton of money, and helped me be more self-sufficient in the future. Needless to say, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he's coming out this week to give my generator a much needed inspection."

"I live and work full-time out of my RV, a 40 foot coach. I travel all over the country and have met my fair share of repair men and women, all of whom pale in comparison to Rick and Junior of Ricks RV Repair Service. Junior drove to where I had broken down within an hour of receiving my call (which he answered in person!). It was a Saturday evening and he was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. I had to order the necessary parts, which arrived the following day, Super Bowl Sunday. Junior and Rick came back on Super Bowl Sunday and made the necessary repairs in time for everyone to be able to watch the game. Both Junior and Rick were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Even though I needed them on a weekend, Super Bowl Sunday no less, They did not take advantage of me and my situation and charged me a very reasonable amount. I would highly recommend them to everyone with an RV traveling through the Conroe, TX vicinity."

"Really good experience. Has a water leak from lack of sealant on the roof. Rick and company quickly diagnosed the problem and did an excellent job repairing and replacing the affected parts. The RV had been stationary for a few years and Rick was also able to perform some routine and preventive maintenance. Fair prices and willing to work out payment options for me also. Plan on having him install a new awning in the next couple of months!"
