"Where do I start with this shop? First of all Robert the want to be owner is very rude, arrogant and quite frankly should be fired because his behavior is running that shop into the ground. Second of all if you plan on going into this establishment and being able to stand being treated with disrespect and getting work done on your equipment, just beware they will not stand behind their work. I had them replace my ac compressor, orfice tube, drier etc for my ac, they said they flushed the system etc well the ac went out within a week of use. Took it to a rush truck center which they pulled apart the system and the entire system had containments throughout the entire system, I call Robert and let him know we’ll they won’t do anything about the situation, just played the blame game when I sent him a pic of the orfice tube loaded with grease, I’ve also been told if I brung my own steak to the steakhouse because I brung in gallon rotella for a service since they don’t offer rotella in the gallon. They also put a brand new driveshaft on my truck and never put weights on it causing a vibration, they put new seals in my windshield and forgot to put the 4 bolts on the visor on the passenger side either. Also had them put 4 new placard holders on my trailer which was installed so poorly without a backing that they broke within a day of the wind touching them. Just about everything this shop has touched on my truck has had to be redone by myself or fixed by another shop. And they do not fix their mistakes or even bother offering any kind of support. Do yourself a favor and take your equipment elsewhere, they over charge you for labor and parts as well. Tried charging me over 400$ dollars on a steering shaft and then Robert argued with me I couldn’t get it cheaper at rush. (And called me a “Yankee” like we’re back in the 70s-80s even though I’m a born Texan) He ordered the part even though I told him not to order it, because I can get it at a better cost(which he called the rush I got it from and confirmed and then looked at me like yea you’re right). I hope the owner of this shop reads this review and takes into consideration that you cannot have a shop manager acting the way Robert acts. Because if so their customers will go elsewhere."
"Very pricey. They overcharge for small jobs and they try to tell you they will work with you on the next repair repair"
"These guys are awesome! Super professional and friendly. The Roadside guy was able to make it out within 30 minutes of my call, diagnose the problem and make the repair. May not be the cheapest but definitely reliable and professional."
"Awesome service. Very friendly and efficient."
