"If I could leave zero stars, I would. Had warranty work done on a Lenovo laptop. Sent the laptop to this exact center PER LENOVO's instructions, and I don't get my product back in the same condition it left in (minor scratches) nor with what it was sent with (original packaging PER LENOVO). It was sent off packaged extremely well protected as it's a $2300 laptop, yet it was returned in an extremely thin bubble packing, that the laptop was halfway out of, and a box that was closer to single ply toilet paper in wall thickness. If you have a warranty claim, or need work done at all, don't ship it here. Hand deliver and pick up, or don't use this store. I rarely leave reviews, but this is disgraceful for both Lenovo and this repair center."

"Bad environment to work here specially with Terry the supervisor &. Mohamed the manger , even CSAT HR not helpful when you report about discrimination they don’t help you , if you from Middle East this place not for you there’s a lot of corruption there and if you not one of the manger or the supervisor friend you will have a lot of hard time in this trashy place , be careful from the lady in HR called molly she don’t like people from Middle East she will treat you with disrespect and probably you will get fired for no reasons at all ."

"Computer was sent in by Lenovo, and wasn't repaired correctly the first time. Came back with a dent in the thermal module and none of exterior lights working. Sent it back in for a 2nd repair came back with most of the lights working but not all of them, screws in the wrong place and the touchpad not working. Sent it back for the 3rd repair and awaiting results. Had to buy a 2nd laptop due to the inconvenience caused by this repair service"

"Lenovo warranty repair sent my PC that had a freezing issue here. Twice. The first time, they didn't fix it, and it came with a loose screw inside the case. The second time, it took a month to get my PC back and while the first issue was fixed, it came back with a couple new issues. Heavily disappointed and frustrated."

"They put 3 nasty scratches on my laptop that I sent in for lenovo warranty repair. And removed my stickers. And reset my PC when all it needed was a keyboard replacement. They didnt have to do all that. They wont take care of your machine. Make sure you take pictures of your device before you send it in. Edit: I sent it back and they fixed it and extended my warranty for 1 month for my wait."
