"Doctor Marcellus is a great doctor who is considerate and cares about others and his patients. Unfortunately, his staff is frankly unprofessional and awful about answering and sending messages."

"Dr John Marcellus comes across as a well “put together” handsome even, psychiatrist for the adolescent but occasionally adult population. However, Dr Marcellus seems to need excessive control over others including the staff that he works with, both in his office and hospital setting as well as his patients (which makes working with an adolescent group so ideal for him as they have no real power or independence from adults yet). When a concern has been brought up by either staff or patients, Dr Marcellus has come across as non-receptive to any feedback or suggestion that his treatment choices may need a second look or modification even if it causes harm. He has even proven to be vindictive if you cross him rather than being a professional. I do not recommend Dr Marcellus as a psychiatrist of choice for adolescents even though there are so few in the first place. I would advise to look elsewhere for a more secure and balanced physician."
