"Saw the reviews here were on par with most surrounding plumbers in the Spring area, so I gave this business a shot. Needed a gas shut-off valve repair for my stove connection. Called 8:30am Friday (12/15/23) I was told they were booked but could get me in 4pm-6pm window if willing. I accepted that and felt lucky as other businesses I called couldn’t service me until weekend or worse the following Monday. I get to the property at 4pm and I’m prepared to wait as I’m no stranger to how service windows operate but around 5:10pm I check to see that I was still on their schedule as the weather had changed and rainfall was heavy. The representative assured me I was and that they were on a previous job still but would still make the appointment and would call when in route. At 7:34pm I called once more to check again but this time I was sent to a voicemail box. I left a message regarding the no-show and expressed my disappointment and empathy for being busy/overwhelmed but would have appreciated a call that they were not going to make it. I was at a rental property that I’m preparing to lease and just sitting in my car for hours waiting like an idiot. I remained professional all the while and even left a positive voicemail hoping I’d get a call back last night or this morning with an explanation that the job they were on was difficult and they just could not work extra hours due to business fatigue policy or similar, but I received nothing. Very unfortunate, I was looking for a new trusted plumbing team to partner with in my properties but I learned the best way that this company is not dependable and I just wanted to advise any other property owners that Plumb Perfect is anything but! Not even close to Perfect or Professional when it comes to communications with a customer."
