"I have been a patient of Dr. Bailey’s for a while now, and she is the best psychiatrist I have had! She is kind, attentive, and really cares about her patients. She has helped me throughout my pregnancy and postpartum, and before that as well. She always makes time to fit me into her schedule when I’m not feeling well, and her office staff is very kind and helpful too! Having the choice to see her in office or do virtual visits is also a huge plus! I’m so glad I found her practice, and I highly recommend her to anyone struggling with their mental health!"

"I found Dr Bailey after seeing she was on my insurance plan. I had endured 2 rounds of postpartum depression and continued to have depression 2 years after having my second child to the point that I felt like I was going to literally crack. Ben did my intake which as a person seeing a psychiatrist for the very first time was very anxiety provoking in itself. But, he was so soft and caring over the phone and he reassured me that he felt certain Dr Bailey would be able to help me and boy did she ever! She was and continues to be a ray of light in what was once a very dark room. Between being an amazing, caring, and empathetic person and getting me on some much needed medication for anxiety and depression, she truly cured me. I have never felt better and probably needed to see her much sooner than I started seeing her. Every time I see her for follow up, I can’t thank her enough. She truly changed my life with the care she gave me and continues to give when I go for my follow up. Thank you so much Dr Bailey! You truly are such a blessing!"

"I'm actually really sad to be giving such a low review, but I don't have much of a choice. I really hope I can finally get some sort of response from y'all this way. I've been a patient for close to a year and was dropped as a patient last month without any warning. I received a letter in the mail while I was in the hospital (with sepsis) stating that since I wasn't an active participant in my care, they would no longer be serving me. I called the office and was told that I had canceled 4 appointments, which is why I was dropped. THIS IS NOT TRUE. 2 of the appointments were canceled by their office, one I canceled in advance (and explained it all when I saw Dr. Bailey the next time) and one I rescheduled due to running 10 minutes late (after being given the option of rescheduling). I was told the office manager would get back with me to discuss this, but I have never received any calls back from their office. I called multiple times and left many messages trying to get to the bottom of everything. I'm afraid to keep calling for fear of coming across as "crazy". I still need psychiatric help and I feel like it is VERY dangerous to drop a psych patient, then refuse to talk to them and try to come to some sort of understanding. I even had my therapist trying to help me with the situation, but no one ever bothered to contact them either. I was (and still am) devastated. Dr. Bailey was incredibly helpful and caring, and I feel so lost having lost her as a part of my care team. The only reason my review gets 2 stars instead of just 1 is because of Dr. Bailey herself. I wish I could continue as her patient, but after seeing how terribly the office staff has treated me, I don't even think I could trust going back if I was able to. I'm very sad to now have another lapse in mental healthcare, especially at a time when I need it more than I have in the past 7 or so years. Please be careful going to this office, and don't expect any sort of clear or easy communication."

"I have had terrible experiences with psychiatrists in the past, so I was very hesitant to pursue care again, however, Dr. Bailey was very compassionate, attentive, and kind. She was running a bit behind but made sure I got my full appointment and answered all questions that I had. She actively listens and converses with you to ensure you are comfortable making decisions about your care. I never felt she pushed specific medications or methods of treatment, ultimately leaving the decision up to me, the patient. Would highly recommend her and anyone in this office. Kailey at the front desk is wonderful and never makes you feel you are asking too many questions. Ben is also incredibly helpful when it comes to billing/insurance questions. I am sad I didn't find this practice sooner, but I am thankful to be taken care of so well now."
