"I wasn’t going to go up the arch but decided to check it out on a discount ticket day (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays). The ticket was $15 (bought at the box office to avoid the online processing fee of $2), and there was no wait. I enjoyed the introduction video played before the elevator ride and learned quite a lot about history (that I never knew). The tour on the top lasted about 8 minutes before we had to go down. Please do note that the elevator box was TINY. People who do not like small places may not enjoy the elevator ride. The museum was really great! I spent about 45 minutes reading and learning. Overall, it’s a great experience!"
"Was there on August 26, 2020. Since it was during the pandemic, many features were closed. We were able to walk the grounds, visit the visitor center under ground, eat at the Arch Cafe and get some souvenirs. Had a great time. Beautiful grounds that are well maintained. I do plan on returning one day soon!"
"Great place to get pictures. I liked the different view of the Arch from here . This is where you board the Boat tours . Nice scenic walk . The stairs were a nice place to enjoy the sun, river and Arch . On a nice and sunny day the sun and water make the Arch look so bright and shiny . I recommend on stopping here while visiting the Arch ."
"Beautiful views of the Mississippi River and the Gateway Arch. It was such a nice place to walk around and just explore the surroundings. There are a lot of things you can do there and see. Boats and helicopter rides are just some of the options from this area. A lot of steps and walking trails as well."
"Beautiful place to visit. Highly recommend going to the top of the arch. The view is amazing!"
