"I had a truly horrendous experience with this computer repair company. I initially hired them to fix a cracked screen and diagnose the slow loading issue on my computer. When their tech arrived, I could still turn on my computer, sign in, and demonstrate the problem. However, after they returned my computer, things went downhill fast. First, they claimed they couldn't perform the diagnostic and sent me off to Apple. When I received my computer back, I realized they had replaced the screen, but my keyboard was suddenly dysfunctional, rendering me unable to input my password. They took the computer back, citing warranty coverage, but the entire process was painfully slow. I had to call them for updates, and that's when they blamed a "bad part" and said they needed to order yet another screen. When I questioned why my keyboard wasn't working, they flip-flopped and eventually claimed the part was no longer available. What baffles me is that they first blamed everything on the defective part, only to later accuse me of lying about my computer's condition upon arrival. Their final absurd assertion was that I had no proof my computer was functioning before they got their hands on it. Seriously? This company has absolutely zero accountability. They're the epitome of unprofessionalism. My computer, which was functional aside from the slow loading issue after entering my password, is now a brick with a non-functional keyboard. And they refuse to acknowledge their role in this mess. No accountability whatsoever. And I’m sure their response to my review will further display their lack of accountability. My advice to anyone considering their services: record the condition of your computer with the tech present to protect yourself, because these folks won't take responsibility for anything. Buyer beware!"
