"Had a insurance claim and they came to try and fix it and ordered parts 2 times so I waited about 2 weeks and they came and still couldn’t find out the problem I got my money back from the insurance claim but my god they left my dryer more broken than what it was and couldn’t even find out the problem it’s crazy and lazy work done from this company."

"I have a Samsung washer and contacted Samsung warranty to fix a leaking on the washer so they hired repair pros to perform the job, so initially they sent a technician to identify the problem and he said it was a drainage pump, so he placed an order for the part and the part was back order so I had to wait couple of days more to receive a similar part so that is ok I understand, then I called to let them know the part arrived, so they send another technician Robert a rude person, since he arrived started demanding he need some towel in case spilling water, so my wife handed some towels for him, after few minutes he said he couldn’t identify the problem and started screaming that he is not crazy and there was nothing to fix, so my wife said why the technician before placed an order for a part if not needed and Robert keep Screaming my wife that there is nothing to do, so I was in the phone all the time and my wife and I asked him to leave the house and he left. I tried to contact repair pros and they never answered the phone so I sent an email explaining everything and I haven’t received a response, so I won’t recommend this unprofessional company, don’t hire them for any job because their bad customer service and poor knowledgeable technicians!"

"This is a good review. I used Repair Pros to repair my LG refrigerator/ freezer, which stopped cooling. For this sort of job and would call them again for sure. They followed up well. They kept their estimated time (reasonably). They were friendly and knew what they were doing. The only hang up was living out of my ice chests a few weeks… waiting on a LG compressor from LG, which was under warranty. It seems like there is a limited number of businesses in Houston qualified and able to do various, specific appliance repairs and the others I called were difficult to even schedule a service call."
