I made an SOS call to AMP Repair just before the long weekend. Brenda was empathetic to our situation and went out of her way to schedule a technician visit the following morning. John, the technician was professional, knowledgeable and on time. He diagnosed the problem area, called the OEM for spare parts, scheduled an appointment with us for the repair work and completed the job on time. They did all this on trust basis without any paper work upfront. The appliance seems to be working fine now and many thanks to AMP for their superior services.
