"I being here couple of times and my impression is that nobody in there wants to help you. They are more interested in stocking shelves than helping customers. I asked for help to a young gentelman and he disappeared for more than 10 minutes. I will buy my Apple watch somewhere else. No manager on duty. Bestbuy HWY 6."

"D O NOT GO HERE! . If i could give ZERO stars for rating i would. This location wasted our time and we were there for nearly 2 hrs and all they did was mess up a previous purchase and brought over several employees from Leo, Jafri, Kim, and others whom everything resulted in them canceling an order placed at another location over a month ago just to try to ring up a sale at their location. Please Please PLEASE do not go to this location. Poor customer service started with the guy at the entrance door who even suggested himself that we go to another location. Incredible. I’ll definitely contacting corporate."

"Walk ins are not welcome here anymore. Girl at the front stopped me and said appointments only. All I wanted to do was drop my computer off to be fixed. I didnt need a consultation. Best Buy in general has lost all aspects of customer service."

"Apple made an appointment for me to bring my iPhone SE to This Best Buy Geeksquad to replace the cracked screen. The appointment was over a week out so I went into Bestbuy on 2/8 to ask for a sooner appointment. Provided the information and received an appointment for today. When I arrive at my appointment time I'm told they do not have parts for this phone. Said "there's nothing we can do." Although I have an appointment to replace this specific phone screen there is "nothing they can do." So I ask if they can call another Bestbuy to see if they have the parts. The response was "no, they dont answer the phone and we dont have the people to do that." I ask how I'm supposed to get it replaced when Apple tells me to come here? Response, "I dont know, you can go to other Bestbuys and ask them." So then I ask why I didn't receive a call to let me know they wouldnt be able to service this phone. Response "I dont know but we dont have enough people to do that." Horrible customer service."

"I brought my computer in for an issue related to my graphics card. I was attempting to upgrade my computer to a higher spec card I knew was compatible with my current rig. Trying to install it, I constantly got a black screen. I didn't have time to mess with it myself, so I brought it in to geek squad for them to handle what I assumed was a simple fix. 1 week later, and they informed me that they had finished their "diagnostics" and determined that the card was bad. Fine. I ordered a replacement card. Lo and behold, I encountered the exact same problem. The card is fine, it's something else. So I brought it back in. Thankfully this time they didn't make me wait a week. Their "diagnosis": buy a different card. So for the low low price of $100 dollars, they were able to repeat the information that I TOLD THEM back to me with no fix. On the up side, the original price that they were perfectly willing to charge me was $150 dollars. $50 for repairs and $100 for "diagnostics". They refunded me the $50 without a fuss, because, and I quote, "we didn't fix anything". But they were totally ok with taking my money before I asked for the refund. Apparently the same logic didn't apply to "diagnostics". Despite not diagnosing anything, I still had to pay the $100. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There are better alternatives. Go elsewhere."
