"James and I engaged in a very positive discussion regarding my condenser coil. Gave me quotes in replacing the condenser or unit. He quoted me $1700 to replace it. Well he then offered to lower it with replacing the compressor which is working. After disagreeing with the quotes. He gave me this response via text.: “Thank you. I can not compete with your other contractor's pricing. Please feel free to use them and thank you for the opportunity.” To elaborate on his text I did agree with his quote to replace both condenser and compressor (working) for $1827. I had called him and texted many times prior to accepting his quote , which he completely ignored. So finally I had reached him if he was able to fix it and his response was the text from above. So he did not give me the opportunity to fix my problem. Not honest and fair."
