He was in the middle of drilling a well, but responded to our emergency and was at our house within an hour. He checked all our components to ensure all the less expensive parts were good, but unfortunately the 20 year old pump at the bottom of the well had given out. That said, Ken had one in stock, pulled up the pipe and pump and had us back in business within 2-1/2 hours. The price was very reasonable and we are happy campers.
