"We traveled almost 100 miles one way to have Hart's work on a radiator from an antique car because of the recommendation of several car club members. When we dropped it off we were told it would be about a 1 week turnaround. Tried to call several times to follow up but got phone service disconnected recordings. Almost 2 weeks later I got through once, left a message, but never received a return call. Since we could not contact them by phone we drove to the shop to check on the status only to find no repairs had even been started. We will take our business elsewhere. "I had a tractor radiator repaired that started leaking after a few weeks, took it back and they reluctantly repaired. Then it started leaking again a year later. I took it back and they simply stuck to their 90 day warranty. For the $200 repair it was not worth it just to get a year and half of service out of it. Ended up having to buy a new one for $500. I guess after two tries at repairing they'd back their work better regardless of the warranty."
