"DO NOT GO HERE! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The amount of unprofessional and lack of empathy for patients at this establishment is unheard of. I have had MULTIPLE instances with this offices where I have been disregarded and forgotten about as a patient and had to go out of my way to bombard them with reminders just to receive a piece of paper that my job required after being told by the receptionist multiple times that it was going to be handled. This place has made my mental health problems worse if anything and I will be reporting to the Texas Health Professions Council."

"I’ve never had a worst experience with patient care than I have at this psychiatric office. Morgan is by far the worst receptionist at this place and it baffles me how she has kept any job in the mental health field with the way she speaks and interacts with patients. She makes it seem like she can’t be bothered to do her job or help a patient when they have an issue. Imagine being a new patient and not even wanting to make an appointment to see the doctor because your experience with the receptionist was so awful."

"This is by far the worst and most unprofessional psychiatric office I have EVER experienced the people at the front desk are unprofessional, rude and act like they can’t be bothered to do their job. I will be reporting this office to HIPAA and the Texas Behavioral Health Council because this is outrageous that this establishment is able to run this way when your sole purpose is to give help to those who are in need. Shame."

"I’m not sure where all these reviews about the front office staff are coming from. I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with them. There are two sides to ever story. Despite other comments, Brittany (office manager), is amazing. I would not be alive today without her and the doctors here at this practice."

"I wrote online on their website why I was interested in going to this doctor to discuss my stresses and I've never had therapy before. They sent a form but it had no questions relating to past history or what I was coming for. My specialist co-pay is $50. When I got there they said I owed $160 due to my deductible and I said no I don't. I was going to leave but after calling they agreed it was only $50...Then I see a NP and blab about all my problems to find out she is just mainly someone who prescribes medication was pretty much how she described it at the end of the session. She said I just need a regular therapist. I think the form in the beginning could have saved us all some time. I know I also made a mistake of not understanding the difference between therapists, etc. Overall a different experience."
