After calling numerous local "handyman" and "home heating and air conditioning repair" numbers first, simply because they showed up first on a google search, and getting voicemail after voicemail and leaving messages with all of them (only to be returned called hours later in the day), I kept going down the list and called House Air Conditioning and Heating in Floresville, TX. Carlos answered right away without forcing me to voicemail and also got my basic info on what my problems and concerns were even though he wasn't in the office at that moment just so that he could give me a quick assessment. He then told me he would call me from his office shortly. Within minutes he called me back, got all the specifics and luckily had some free time and was able to come out immediately. Before deciding to just charge me some astronomical fee simply for coming out he assessed my situation and quickly realized it was not a large problem and diagnosed it for me. Because it was a small job he was extremely reasonable with the price and did not gouge me for all my money which I thought was courteous and fair. All the while explaining everything that he was doing, what he was looking for and why, and explaining everything to me about safety, etc. He was extremely friendly and prompt and I will definitely be calling him again if I EVER have any problems with my heat or AC."
