"Cracked my phone screen and was informed by Verizon that I could bring it to this place to have it fixed for free since I have insurance. Took the day off work to drive here from San Marcos to get it done, and due to some sort of check-in error that the front counter guys couldn't ever really explain to me (and didn't really seem terribly interested in taking the time to try) I was asked to cancel and re-submit my claim there in the store. Once that didn't work, I was asked to "just try it again," and then my claim was "locked for review" on the insurance end, and I was SOL and wasted a whole afternoon and a trip for nothing. Maybe these guys have good tech skills, and everyone seemed decently friendly, but the customer service was bad. Had the vibe the whole time like I was an inconvenience by being there. Recommend driving to another location if you have the option. I'll be doing so when my account is unlocked."
