"Dropped my phone and every phone call I had sounded like a demon trying to send a fax. I joust got the phone eight months ago and couldn't afford another one with these crazy prices. This place ordered one part and fixed it in 30 minutes good as new. Now I have a few people to call and found out what they wanted ."

"Worst customer service. Didn't stay truthful to his commitment. I handover my laptop for display repair. He called someone and told me that he can fix it within 2 day. And after 2 day he told me he can't fix it. He didn't found parts and then was not nice while handovering laptop back. Better go to best buy for repair or other service."

"My daughter smashed the screen on her iPhone, again! I took it in to Cellairis in Schertz and was immediately impressed. The tech was very welcoming, and explained the pricing and repair process. He even took the time to let me know that the point of impact was where a sensor was located, but he wouldn’t be able to see if it were damaged until he opened it. The total repair took 15 minutes! And thank goodness, the sensor didn’t need repair. Last time, the same repair took over a week, at another store. If you need any repairs, and I mean ANY , because they do battery replacement, and speaker and charging ports , too, use Cellairis."
