"Working there was a nightmare. Literally got cussed out when I went to leave. The micro management is ridiculous. They want you to take Hundreds of pictures a week to prove you're doing your job. 10$ phone allowance. Extremely unprofessional. There's no real structure and the owner is involved at every level. For some reason, they're using digital and paperwork. It's a nightmare. His reaction of cussing and screaming made me feel better about leaving."
