"I would give Jay six stars if I could. He is reliable, responsive and knowledgeable. His technical background makes him very good at diagnosing problems and solving them the right way the first time. For example, during the “big freeze” of February 2021, my heater sprung a leak resulting in a pool shut-down. Because of the demand on local inventory, the part I needed was not available anywhere in the DFW area. But that didn’t stop Jay. His persistence located the part … in Denver, and in two days, my pool was back online. Before I started service with Jay, I maintained my own pool.
