"They did a fantastic job with our Pacifica despite parts shortages and other delays outside their control. Quality of the repairs so top notch and they regularly communicated updates."
"I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get an appointment made to replace my window after a freak accident that shattered it during my trip back home from the Houston area. I called late afternoon to see if I could make an appointment and this place got me in first thing the next morning. So literally not even 24 hours after my window was broken, it was restored. It wasn’t a bad price either and the tech even came to my home to take care of it. I’m pleased with the speedy, excellent service I received and will keep this place in mind for any future repairs!"
"Kenny and his entire team are first class! My wife's bumper was fixed and looks brand new. My wife didn't tell me she had a couple scratches on the driver's side before I took it in. Nevertheless, Kenny fixed with some compound in 106 degree heat. If that's not service, I don't know what is. Five stars!"
"We took our 2020 truck in to be repaired after having someone run into the side of the front. It was clear it had front end damage front the collision but only minor body work. They said they were qualified to make the repairs. They came back with initial estimates (to be paid by insurance company) so we authorized the job to be done. Within a couple of weeks they called and said the job was complete and truck was ready to go. We came by to pick it up and noticed that the driver side wheel was pushed in under wheel well and passenger side front tire was extending out of the other side wheel well. Kenny told us that some other company they had repair it was responsible, but I let him know that Gerber was the one I brought it to and needed them to take care of it. So the truck was left at Just Tires to determine damage. Not sure why they would be qualified but their call. A week or so later they called to let us know everything was fixed and the truck was ready to go. We came to pick It up and noticed the tires were still a little different even though somewhat improved. We drove the truck home and the steering was totally messed up, hard to turn, locked up when turning and what I consider to be in a dangerous condition. Kenny did not even do any quality control to determine if it was really fixed or not. We brought the truck back and told them we needed it to be back in a condition that was close to original and we would not accept it in current condition. Kenny again blamed in on another company (Fifth Gear Automotive) but as before I let him know that was irrelevant to me because they are who is responsible and who are receiving the insurance checks. So I left it again. A couple of weeks later and with communication stopping from Kenny I called back and asked if the steering had been fixed. He said it was and was ready to be picked up. We came to pick it up and the steering is still sticking and dangerous to drive. I guess they don't take responsibility for that and I assume Fifth Gear Automative wasn't the right company to send it to. Out of frustration and realizing Kenny doesn't really care about the quality or giving us something in dangerous driving condition we took it and drove it home. It is still sticking and swerving on the road. We took it to another shop to see if they could do another alignment and they let us know in the condition it was in they couldn't even align it. Now we decided to do everything on our own and will find a qualified repair shop to handle it. Problem they gave us twice a car that was in dangerous driving condition, Kenny has a horrible attitude now that he has his easy money and really could care less. We for sure would never recommend this repair shop as we live in Flower Mound and thought we would give them a shot but will definitely pass it on to everyone we know."
