"Wonderful service for my Macbook Air. I was coming back from a weekend trip when my laptop froze while updating, so I took it to the nearest Apple Approved store. I was greeted as soon as the door went off and they were able to walk me through two possible recovery processes. $20 to look at it (Thanks Apple Care+), if it was simple fix that was it. But we had to reinstall the iOS system, sadly. And the cost of looking went towards repair service. I would take all my Apple products to them from now on. As I’m more of a Software tech than a hardware to a point. Loved the text updates and delays update. Even responded to my many questions and followed up with an email for any further assistance. Great service!"

"Terrible experience from the very start. I was originally quoted the wrong price by “mistake,” then quoted a much lower price when I communicated that I was going elsewhere for service. Ended up sticking with Mobile Kangaroo because they were closer to where I live, even though they did not have the part in stock (an iPhone battery). Even the lower price was much higher than the Apple Store price, but the convenience of a closer location was supposed to offset the price difference. Had to wait over a week for the part. Scheduled service Friday morning and got to the store half an hour after they opened, only to find they were not open - door was still locked. Knocked and no one answered, texted and got no response. Over half an hour later I finally get a text that someone was in the store, but the door was locked because “the hinge is broken.” No sign on the door, no one came to answer the knock, no one texted back while I was waiting outside. Cancelled the service and will never use again. They kept the “diagnostic fee” because they are thieves. Miserable experience from a miserable company."
