"Tom’s has been great to call on when we need an air conditioner serviced. They have professional technicians that show up on time or call if they are running late. Marc, the last technician who arrived, explained the problem in detail and even took a picture of what was going on with the unit in the attic. We appreciate it!"

He explained my options, what he thought was most cost effective and allowed me to make my own decisions. He didn't stop until he was satisfied that the job was done right. "Frank came in and immediately noticed that the carbon monoxide exhausts for our home heater AND our water heater had come completely undone and were dumping CO into their closets. He fixed it in less than an hour and set up a new CO detector. So basically, he saved our lives. You have good people there."
