"I called Sunny Service to give an estimate on cleaning my air ducts. Austin found they were in good shape and cleaning was not needed. Based on my health symptoms, he proposed installing an air scrubber on the a/c system instead. The UV light will kill bacteria, etc before it enters the air duct. Austin did not try to up-sell. He was professional, honest and answered all questions thoroughly. When he came to do the work, he kept shoe covers on when inside the house. He kept to his estimated time needed to complete the job. Also, before the job, I called with questions and talked with Matt who was so patient and informative. This company is great to work with and is now our permanent a/c service company."
