"I have been using Shine cleaners on Harwood for years. I have always been satisfied in the past but the owners sold the business a while back. I continued to use them but have not been as happy. The staff is very friendly but I ask for light starch on my jeans and more often than not they come back with heavy starch. The cost is about $6 per pair of jeans, which is higher than other local places with higher reviews. Most recently I went to pick up my jeans to discover they were heavy starched, again, and when I tried to pay with cash she said she did not have any change in the register. Therefore, I have now decided to take my business elsewhere."
"Very good service. My cat peed on comforter and it dried out before I noticed. A real nightmare and difficult to wash off. But they successfully removed all odor and made the comforter soft and smell as a new one. I’ll definitely use their service again, and recommend it to my friends."
