"Service representative called just before the three-hour window expired to cancel the appointment. Rescheduled the next day, only to get a 15 minute "diagnosis" of problem. Part would require a 3 to 5 month wait. After all this, I was told there was a $89.95 service fee...What a waste of time and money!!"
