"Very upset with service here, my boyfriend took my iPhone 12 to get screen replaced, was told there would be warranty up to 1 month after service. I was replacing my old phone case with a new one and as soon as I pressed down on my phone with my thumb it cracked the top of my screen and damaged the camera!! I’m so upset, I called to ask about warranty and he stated that a cracked screen doesn’t fall under , That I’d have to Pay full price once again. I can’t believe they would use such cheap quality products to the point where a simple press of a finger cracks the screen. So unbelievable. We spent over $200 for a new screen for it to crack in less than a month is ridiculous. I’ve dropped my iPhone before hundreds of times without even a slight scratch since I’ve had it for over a year. Do better...i understand wanting clientele, but do the right thing when it comes to using cheap products. I will make sure to go with apple next time."
