"I don't even know where to start. I was used to bringing my dog to my vet for boarding until they told me they could no longer handle him anymore. I have a 5-year-old Pitbull and I do keep him sheltered because of the way people judge him. So, letting him go to just anyone for me is so scary. I heard about this place and decided to try them. The first day I cried all day at work worried about him until I checked my email. They sent a heartwarming email about how wonderful he was doing and that he was ok as well as pictures. Ms. Lorraine well she is just a god sent because Morroco never wants to come home when she is there. She has been working with him and he is doing so much better. He is still working on getting along with other dogs, but i do not have to worry because they do not force that on him. He will be going there for boarding for a week at Christmas time for the 2nc time and I can honestly say I have no worries at all. I even tell the staff i love them when i leave because they take care of my animal as if it were there's and that means the world to me because he is my everything."

"I first chose “WagginTails” because my mom hard recommended them… I soon found out that “WagginTalils” has been under new management since my moms recommendation… I would NOT recommend this kennel to anyone!!! It is dirty AF and what they lack in cleanliness does not get taken out in a positive way with your pups… I would also recommend that anyone that has a dog breed with a stigma behind them to avoid this place like a plague!!! At the end of the day… THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR DOG!!"

"We left our 5 month old kitty here during December vacation. This was our first time leaving her so we were really worried how her stay would be in this new place since this was our first time using Animal Inn. I'm surprised to say that we were truly blessed to find Animal Inn. The staff here is so polite and friendly. We asked them to send us pictures of Milky during our vacation so my kids can see Milky and feel good about it. Upon our request they sent us pictures of our kitty and how well they were taking care of her. I also sent them messages at random times to check on Milky and they replied back every time giving me the status update. Their rates are very affordable. We checked them out before leaving our kitty and the place is very cozy, clean, and organized. They let the cats out everyday to play in the play area but they don't let the cats mingle which is a good thing for health reasons. Animal Inn is conveniently located closer to Aliana so this was right outside our home. We will be using them again & again in future. I was served by Louise, she's known as the "Cat lady.." She was very sweet and I can tell she loves Animals. I would highly recommend this place!!!"
