"Had commercial solid walnut doors stained and this happened after four months. Warranty ended after three months. Owner, Christine, and tech, Brandon, said these are scratches. I disagree, but you can look at the pictures and see for yourself. Expected stain to last longer than four months after spending THOUSANDS of dollars. They wanted to charge to fix, I understand, warranty ended. Found someone else to do the repair."

"We had two doors that weren't closing properly in our office. The tech came out and quickly diagnosed it as a hinge problem. Now, I can replace hinges myself but I didn't think it was fair to have him tell me what the problem was and do the work myself. He told me it would be $225 which I thought was high but again, I wanted to be fair. Then they billed me $450 and told me the price quoted was "per door". That's $75 per hinge and they were not there very long. I'm don't think they were about building long-term customers and saw an opportunity to gouge someone. That was a substantial overcharge! The work was done well... just poor communication on the price and price gouging."

"Alpine Doors just completed three door replacements for me and did an excellent job! The installer was very precise. The doors was leveled and shimmed and completely caulked inside and out. The doors are completed sealed inside and out. They also did the shopping for the doors for me. I discussed with them what I wanted and the job was completed within two weeks. This was a much different experience than working with one of the big box stores in the past."

"Alpine Doors is amazing!!! I am the maintenance specialist for Results Staffing and my Arlington office needed the pivot hinges replaced ASAP on our front commercial office door. I was unable to fix it myself so I was in a bind big time. I called Alpine around 12:30pm today 6/27 and by 5:15pm 6/27 the door was fixed and at a great price especially for an ASAP request.
