"Thanks you so much for your professionalism. This has been an ongoing problem with this repair. Your concern and compassion was greatly appreciated"
"The technician did everything he could to help me with my freezer problem. He was very kind and efficient. There was just nothing he could do since it was so old. It was about 60 years old so it had a good run!"
"Great technician. Excellent communication. Thorough and cleaned up nicely. I was very pleased with the repair that he did. If all of the repair guys are this good, I would have Sears Appliance repair always."
"This has been a complete clown show. I have a 6 month filter with only one week of use since Sears turned my water off two weeks ago. This was after ordering the wrong parts. Now, the repair was installed incorrectly. The tech said the water would flow normally with a new filter. OOOOPS! It is a new filter. The reason the water won't flow with any filter, new or old, is because the filter housing unit was installed incorrectly at a slant instead of straight. Now, when a filter goes in, it will simply pinch the line or a valve. I have taken 4 days off work or paid someone to be at my house. I feel like I should get a paycheck from Sears now."
"Technician did not want to come and check out the problem. We needed a new oven hinge and the technician was extremely frustrated with Sears because he could not find the part on the website. The technician was huffing and puffing the entire time and said there was nothing he could do because he couldn’t find the part he needed. Terrible service with zero solution!!"
