"Frank was a pleasure to work with. My washing machine stopped draining and since it was out of warranty I tried to fix on my own, but reached my technical limit. My wife and I started looking at new washers, but I figured couldn't lose anything by calling a repair guy (gal). Frank spoke with me over the phone and said it would be somewhere from $100 to $300 to fix, depending on if the pump needed to be replaced. He came the next day and was quick to announce there was only a wire that needed to be replace, no need for a new pump. WOW! It seems like most companies are quick to charge as much as they can, so I was very pleasantly surprised when he fixed it quickly and reasonably. I will not hesitate to call Frank, and neither should you."

"I am happy to give 5 stars for no service rendered, other than the diagnostic visit. Frank came out to look at my leaky washer. He could have charged me to fix it and be on his way, but he noticed larger issues with the washer. He let me know any fix would be costly and temporary before the washer broke down again. Not only did he save us that repair cost and future repair costs, he waived the service call fee. This is A++ honest customer service and Frank has earned himself a customer for life."
