"My experience was HORRIBLE! The lady that answers the phone has very poor communications skills. She told me that the technician would call and be at my home within a range of time. When he didn’t call or show up I started calling. No one answered the phone for an hour. Then when the lunch hour was over I called and got hung up on twice before she answered only to tell me that her manager had sent the technician to lunch rather than keep our appointment. I told her that she had twenty minutes to get her manager to call me. Do you think he called? Nope. Am I going to tell everyone about it? Absolutely."
