"This is an excellent place for boarding or having your 4 legged bathed and certainly is great for daycare.......Melissa is the owner and a HUGE lover of 4 leggeds......Colleen and Kim are the ones i interact with most often and are caring kind and VERY hard working......they are very affordable and i believe daycare is only 4 bucks an hour with a freebie for your first day.......give them a try!"

"i came in to pick up my fur baby and he came out flinching a lot and looked traumatized , i asked the front desk lady (short bob like hair and another lady who looked similar to her was up there) if i can speak to a manager to see if anything happened and she told me the dog did fine and the manager was too busy to speak to me about a situation so small. i do not recommend boarding your dog here. i view my dog as my son and it breaks my heart to see him leave and then act at home as if he’s scared every time we come around his face, we took him to melissa’s before and he came home happy and that’s why we trusted to bring him back but im honestly just heartbroken. All i wanted was answers and i feel like the lady at the front really broke my trust towards this place with how rude i was treated when all i wanted was to speak to the manager. it makes me feel degraded and just because my concern isn’t as big as other peoples i still wanted answers."

"Our dog Bo has separation anxiety issues when it comes to us leaving him behind anywhere away from us but the team at Melissa’s Prestigious Pawz goes above and beyond making sure that Bo is safe, at ease, and having fun during his stay. When we first started boarding Bo here, he wouldn’t eat. So the employees contacted me to discuss options to help them find a way to get him to eat. They gave him extra lovings and he ended up eating for them. We drive 40 minutes one way just to board him because of the care they provide to him.
