They are knowledgeable and professional yet very personable. Whenever I have called the office I am made to feel like I am their only policy holder. They are quick with the responses to any questions or concerns I may have. I have boasted to many people about State Farm and have referred several people to State Farm for coverage. The Canton State Farm office is the best of the best. I will never have insurance with any other company. Hats off to Dee and her wonderful staff. We had a recent total loss claim and the girls in the office handled every step of the process from filing the claim, arranging the rental and towing. Leaving nothing for us to follow up on. They were right on top of every step in the process and settled our claim in a short timeframe allowing us to secure another vehicle quickly. It was a smooth process for us during a stressful time. They also made sure to keep us informed with each step of the process."
