After several days of waiting a receptionist called us back to let us know they had our quote ready but we couldn't actually get the quote until we come in and meet with them in 2.5 weeks. After explaining that we were wanting to get a quote sooner so we could compare rates, the receptionist got very short with me and aggravated. She ended the call with sorry we couldn't help you out and abruptly hung up. Not good service at all."

The only complaint I have is not with the agent, it's that this company requires you to download an app that uses your mobile data to track your driving habits to get maximum discounts. I find this requirement very invasive."
