"I was impressed by the service offered in this office, where just one person can go in at one time. There is a table right at the entrance with a tablet on it, while an agent is doing a video chat with the client and handling your business, without the physical contact and with the help of a drop off box. Just one suggestion, for the comfort of the clients, would be the presence of a chair, so people can sit while doing their business with Fidelity, and not quite bending over that table. Update: I am very upset with the fact that the “specialist” takes my check from a rollover and tells me that the money would get into my account within 48 hours, nothing about a deposit slip nor any other formalities. More than a week after, I am still battling with their system, because my money is not in my account and they don’t know what they do."

Incompetent yong reps, bad execution on trades, worst management, local branch unable to help with youngsters standing on counter.After being fed up with their over all worst service in industry and when i tried to close account and transfer my money to another brokerage, they Lost the wire of large amount and not willing to co operate. Stay away from fidelity if you care about your money."
