I had to repeatedly follow up to get answers. My assigned rep should not be in a customer facing role. A message to leadership expressing my disappointment went unanswered. Do your homework before using this company as there are many options out there."
"I also wish I could give them negative stars. Their insistence on needing certain items "faxed" and "notarized" is in impedance to me getting my money. When EVERY other financial services company can do everything through electronic signature and email. Retirement Horizons, YOU ARE LYING to your customers, and I hate that I have to conceded to your arbitrary and unscrupulous impediments to getting my own money."

"I wish I could give this company negative stars. Super sketchy. With my old company never used them. The call line is terrible. The website is equally as bad. I missed a call from them and the message sounds like a spam call with hardly any info. And then they want you to log in online with a service I have never heard of."
