"I have cash in my self directed IRA from interest from my assets. I tried transferring to my American Express Bank High Yield IRA account. I sent Quest the transfer form from AMEX Bank and it was followed by the same form and a transfer request from AMEX bank signed by one of the VPs of the company. Quest refused to transfer the funds that are in cash stating they the need proof that this VP can sign the form. What? What they requested was something AMEX bank, rather large organization does not have to give out. Even a 3 way call did not work. I want my money transferred please."
