Reasonable cost for repair and Luis assisted in selecting protection to help safeguard if and when next accident happens. "I’m not the type to ever take my time to write a review about a bad service but save yourself $ and go to the mall. I came for a water repair service and was told that my device didn’t had any damage but the screen which is why it was causing glitching… Everything is working fine but my face ID, according to my phone settings on “about” the device was incorrectly installed and the part is unknown (fake). Since the beginning I had asked the man if the part was original because according to him the installation price it was going to be 130$, plus the 30 to detect damage, so when I question the price since I usually pay 98 at cielo for an original screen it was surprising to hear that and since he noticed I wasn’t pleased with the quote he made the offer to lower the price which we agreed to 107 at the end. I called back 3 days later after I realized my face ID wasn’t working to see if there was anything to be fixed and I just got a bunch of excuses from the tech of why the phone might not be working since it’s water damaged, when in the first place according to the man nothing got damaged other than the screen and after I told them the part was unknown cause it’s fake he insisted that it’s original. I told them I was going to contact T-mobile. When I arrived at T-mobile they explained how they did not used the right part for the screen and that’s the reason why my phone is not working the FACE ID because the part is not Original. I’m just bothered at the dishonesty of this place … Also not their first costumer complaining about fake products.. I should’ve listen to the reviews"
