"Boatluvr2023 recently visited Jacob's Powersports for service on their 2023 Wakesetter 26 LSV and was shocked with the outcome. Instead of fixing the engine, they mistakenly replaced it with a "Make America Great Again" hat and some empty Pabst Blue Ribbon cans. The level of incompetence displayed by the team at Jacob's Powersports was unacceptable. Boatluvr2023 had high expectations for this facility, considering their expertise in working on boats and jet skis. However, their poor workmanship resulted in significant damage to the boat. Boatluvr2023 is extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with the service received. Boatluvr2023 would not recommend Jacob's Powersports to anyone in need of boat or jet ski repair. Their lack of attention to detail and careless approach to service is unacceptable, and the boat is now left inoperable. Boatluvr2023 is now faced with the additional cost and inconvenience of having to find another repair facility to fix the damage caused by Jacob's Powersports."
